Campus-wide mold inspection, remediation and verified clearance at the CDB headquarters in Wildey, St. Michael, Barbados.
The Caribbean Development Bank's campus in Wildey, St. Michael had mold affecting multiple buildings, including offices, a registry documents room and the Conference Center. Work had to proceed with oversight from the bank's consulting engineer, Consulting Engineers Partnership Ltd (CEP), and with minimal disruption to bank operations.
The project was completed by Preven-Tech.

On-site inspection, moisture mapping and lab air and surface sampling of each building, followed by a remediation plan presented to the bank's board.
Floor-by-floor containment zone maps and a phased, building-by-building schedule, so each area could be isolated and treated in sequence.
6-mil poly containment, ZipWall barriers and zippered entries, critical barriers on vents and doors, and sealed HVAC supplies and returns.
Removal and cleaning to the IICRC S520 standard, with detailed micro-cleaning of surfaces and contents. A second crew was added at the bank's request to expedite.
Post-remediation verification by air spore-trap sampling: indoor levels at or below the outdoor control, with no atypical species.
Building B envelope and waterproofing correction with our construction partner Professional Roofing, certified complete by CEP.
