What do the sensors need?

A Wi-Fi signal in each monitored area. We confirm coverage and handle setup during installation.

What triggers an alert?

Humidity that stays high too long. Thresholds: standard zones 60%, semi-open zones up to 65%, set per zone.

Who responds?

Preven-Tech gets the alert, contacts your facility team and, if needed, comes on site to evaluate.

Doesn’t Phase 3 cover this?

Phase 3 equipment helps, but it can’t control humidity if ACs aren’t run properly. Monitoring confirms it’s working.

How is it priced?

A one-time setup fee plus a monthly fee per sensor, tailored to your building. You pay only for the spaces you monitor.
